We believe in providing for your needs by keeping up with ours. This includes making sure we are able to financially continue to operate so we can serve you to our highest professional standard.
As we are a small business, we kindly ask that you please pay all invoices received within 14 days. We sincerely thank you for your business and appreciate our continued partnership!
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, & American Express Credit Cards
Cash, Online E-Transfers, Wire Transfers, Certified Cheques, Money Orders, Bank-drafts, and PayPal.
(Please note) At this time, we can only accept Cash or E-Transfers from non-business customers. This includes Kijiji Pick-ups, Moves and Consignment Pickups) - We apologize for the inconvenience.

*Please be advised there is a late payment fee of 1.5% monthly added to your bill after 30 days of no payment.

GOODS IN TRANSIT TO BE INSURED BY SHIPPER/CONSIGNEE.
STALLION DELIVERY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR GOODS IN TRANSIT
RECEIVER’S SIGNATURE CONSTITUTES A CLEAR RECEIPT OF ALL GOODS.
PRICING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
STALLION DELIVERY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF DELAY OR FAILURE TO DELIVER.
UNLESS SPECIFIED, GOODS ARE INSURED BY SHIPPER/CONSIGNEE.
BILL OF LADING CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SHIPPER AND STALLION DELIVERY.
STALLION DOES THEIR BEST TO QUOTE A REASONABLE RANGE OF PRICING. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ADDED WORK OUTSIDE OF THE QUOTE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY, SUCH AS BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ADDING FURNITURE OR BOXES NOT PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED OR QUOTED. THIS ADDITIONAL WORK WILL BE BILLED AT AN EXTRA COST TO THE CUSTOMER AND IS AGREED UPON BY YOUR CONSENT FOR WORK.
STALLION DELIVERY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ITEMS PACKAGED OR BOXED BY THE CUSTOMER. WE DO OUR BEST TO MOVE THINGS IN A SAFE FASHION BUT CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS THAT THE CUSTOMER MAY NOT HAVE PACKAGED PROPERLY
STALLION ASSUMES NO RISK OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR FURNITURE OR WALLS BEING DAMAGED DUE TO BUT NOT LIMITED TO TIGHT HALLWAYS, SMALL STAIRCASES, HAVING TO LIFT THINGS ABOVE OUR HEADS OR BEND IN A NON-ERGONOMIC WAY, FURNITURE THAT WON’T FIT IN THE DOOR PROPERLY, OR ITEMS HAVING TO BE TAKEN APART TO BE PUT THROUGH DOORWAYS.
WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE NO ACCIDENTS. BY ACCEPTING OUR SERVICE YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL RISK THAT IS DO TO DAMAGE BEYOND STALLION DELIVERY EMPLOYEE AND CONTRACTOR CONTROL. STALLION DELIVERY GUARANTEES TO DO EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO NOT DENT WALLS, SCRATCH ITEMS, ETC AND WILL BE AS CAREFUL AS POSSIBLE BUT WITH ANY MOVE THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY IN FULL FOR ANYTHING THAT OCCURS ON SITE OR IN HOME.
CUSTOMERS AGREE TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR STALLION EMPLOYEE AND CONTRACTOR SAFETY IN HOME AND ON PROPERTY WHICH INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO SHOVELING OF DRIVEWAYS, REMOVING STAIR HAZARDS AND KEEPING WALKWAYS CLEAR.
BY CHOOSING OUR SERVICE YOU ACCEPT, AGREE AND ARE BOUND TO ALL LIABILITY, TERMS & CONDITIONS LISTED AND OTHERWISE NOT LISTED THAT APPLY TO YOUR MOVE AND OR DELIVERY.
